Managing Partner
Gary is a Chartered Civil Engineer and qualified manager with over 24 years’ experience working in a variety of sectors including ports, energy, regeneration and infrastructure.
Gary has worked in a number of technical and managerial roles overseeing production of various designs, feasibility studies and infrastructure contracts. He also works closely with clients at a strategic level to help them realise the full potential of their land holdings and operational sites.

Project Focus
Gary can press the work tasks to ensure delivery is achieved to the agreed schedule and with the required level of technical and reporting outputs. Gary’s a motivated and driven individual whose hands on approach will ensure delivery of the project requirements.
Project Management
Gary is used to leading or contributing to projects to ensure that they are delivered to the project requirements, cost, and programme. Gary is an experienced and qualified NEC3 & NEC4 ECC Project Manager.
Practical Approach
Gary assesses the options and engages with the team to solve the project issues. He has a track record of delivery of projects, usually from the ground up and often challenges areas to ensure the project risks are managed and any problems solved.
Engineering Knowledge
To implement infrastructure, energy and development projects a sound understanding of engineering, buildability, servicing and operations are required. Gary understands the processes and seeks to utilise safe, sustainable and appropriate solutions.
Port and Harbour Knowledge
Gary has worked with various public, private and trust ports to assess, expand and improve their facilities to meet their customer needs and thus has a real understanding of what the port sector requirements are and has delivered various upgrade and new build projects.
